Board Chair, Operational Director, and Research Analyst

Zach McHenry is a multifaceted professional serving as the Board Chair of Intersectional Equity Maricopa. As a project and technology leader, he provides guidance and oversight.

Zach leads and coordinates research initiatives and curricular development, leveraging technology, design thinking, and compassion in data collection and analysis.

Among research initiatives are ongoing explorations assessing the prevalence and causes of school bullying and violence.

A pilot study aimed to gather data on bullying experiences, their impact on students, and potential intervention strategies. The research findings and methodology can be explored in more detail on the Stop School Bullying program site as well as McHenry’s own website.
